From farm to kitchen

The shortest route to your kitchen should be the one from the farm.

Avocado Supply Co. connects restaurants directly with trusted growers in Chiang Mai. Transparent sourcing, dependable weekly deliveries, and produce you can trace back to where it grew. We’re starting with avocados.

Kitchens we supply

Restaurants, cafés, and kitchens that order direct from our farm.

Our belief

We don’t sell produce. We restore the relationship between the farm and the kitchen.

Every extra step between the farm and your kitchen costs someone. Usually the farmer. Eventually the restaurant.

We think there’s a better way.

We connect restaurants directly with our own farm and growers we know personally. Every delivery is traceable back to where it grew. Every box is checked before it ships.

We’re starting with avocados. Not because we only care about avocados, but because they’re where we can begin proving the model.

We’re not chasing this week’s order. We’re building the kind of relationship where a restaurant never has to wonder where its food came from.

Because the best ingredients shouldn’t arrive as strangers.

What you can count on

A known origin

Every avocado comes from our own farm or growers we know personally. You always know where it grew.

Checked before it ships

Every box is checked before it leaves the farm. What arrives is what we would put on our own plate.

Dependable weekly delivery

Deliveries arrive on a set weekly schedule. Your kitchen plans around them instead of working around uncertainty.

A relationship, not a transaction

We treat farmers and restaurants as long-term partners. We’re not chasing this week’s order.

Our avocados

We grow several varieties across a long season. Here’s what’s ready, when, and what to expect from each.

When our avocados are in season

Across Thailand the avocado season usually runs May to September. On our farm it runs longer — peak supply from May through December, with lower yields and higher prices from January to April. There is still fruit on the farm year-round.

The varieties

Buccaneer

The creamiest

Mid-season to year-end

The king of the bunch. An incredibly creamy texture and rich flavor, with a seed that lifts out clean.

Best for: Plating, guacamole, anywhere texture matters

Puunmang

Thai local

May to end of August

Our longest-running variety. Less metallic than Hass, a touch creamier and more solid.

Best for: Everyday menus, all-round use

Pinkerton

Mid-season to year-end

Very smooth texture with a clean seed and creamy flavor.

Best for: Plating, salads

Peterson

August to October

Smooth and creamy, with a seed that removes cleanly.

Best for: Plating, spreads

Booth 7

Mid-season to year-end

Very smooth texture, creamy through the mid-to-late season.

Best for: Everyday menus, spreads

Hass

Mid-season to year-end

The variety most chefs know. Nutty and creamy once ripe.

Best for: Guacamole, all-round use

034 (Soon Sam Si)

Best for smoothies

Seasonal

Fantastic for smoothies — blends smooth and clean.

Best for: Smoothies and blended drinks

How the season shapes the fruit

Early in the season, from May to August, the fruit has a less structured texture and the flesh tends to cling to the seed. From mid-season on — Buccaneer, Pinkerton, Peterson, Puunmang, and Booth 7 — the seed lifts out cleanly and the flavor turns noticeably creamier.

Delivery

From our farm in Chiang Mai to your kitchen door.

Where it grows

Our home base is Ban Nhong Kiew, a village in Chiang Dao, Chiang Mai. Every avocado is grown and sourced right here in northern Thailand.

Bangkok delivery

Bangkok is our main delivery market, with established routes and set delivery days.

Nationwide Thailand

We deliver across Thailand depending on order size and logistics. Ask us about your area.

Confirmed per order

Timing, frequency, and shipping are confirmed for each order, based on your location and volume.

A note on freshness and shipping

We pick and drop your order at the post office the same day or the next morning. Shipping usually takes about three days from there. Fruit is perishable, and once a box ships the transit time is out of our hands, so we can’t fully guarantee against spoilage along the way. To balance that, we include a little extra in every order to cover any losses in transit. That risk sits with us, not with you.

Submit an order form

Tell us about your kitchen and what you need. We’ll reply with availability, pricing, and delivery options.
